Prescription medication is a very important part of the treatment process, so it is vital that you take steps to ensure that you do not run out of medication. We will make every effort to call in refill authorizations to your pharmacy the same day whenever possible, and if it is appropriate to the situation. However, it is not always possible for the doctor to authorize a refill the same day –so it is essential that you plan ahead when running low on medication and contact us at least 48 hours before a refill is actually needed.
